Make a Home Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to assisting the homeless of Connecticut, which include veterans and their families, victims of domestic abuse, and those in need, by working alongside other community agencies in the creation of pathways off of the streets and into fully furnished homes. Our vision embraces restoring comfort, stability and hope to all those who find themselves in a life crisis with nowhere to turn.

Empower the Homeless With Your Support

We understand that it can be difficult for some individuals and families to afford basic household items, and that is where we come in. By YOU donating gently used furniture, appliances, and other household items, we are able to give those in need a chance to create a comfortable and stable living environment. We believe that everyone deserves a place to call home, and we strive to make that a reality for as many people as possible.

Let us extend a helping hand to those who have lost their homes and those who have suffered from abuse and violence. Together, we can lift them up and give them hope for a brighter future.

We find it heartbreaking that there are people who do not have a bed to sleep on, especially our veterans, who have served to protect the rights we exercise every single day. Make a Home works tirelessly to assist individuals who are not only going through life crises but most often have lost everything and feel helpless, as well as forgotten by society.
