If you're in need of furniture and household essentials like beds, sofas, or kitchen items, we’re here to help you furnish your home with comfort and stability. At Make a Home, we believe everyone deserves a comfortable, dignified living space, especially those transitioning from homelessness or facing financial hardships. Through our program, we provide essential furniture to individuals and families in need, helping them start fresh.

We are a very small organization so our services require a small fee to cover the cost of our daily operations. Because of this, we primarily work with clients who are referred to us by other community agencies who are able to cover all, if not most, of this cost. We do occasionally work with individuals directly if they are able to cover our fee. If you are interested in participating in our furniture program without an agency referral, please call 203-527-5100 ext. 4.
